Mission Statement

To nurture and promote fine art in Yamhill County

What is Art Works?

An organization of Artists gathering monthly to discuss current ideas, share exhibit opportunities and visit art installations and studios.

    • Enrich the cultural life of our community
    • Advocate for artistic expression
    • Inspire an increase in artist exhibit opportunities through collaboration and engagement with the Agri-Tourism industry and art partnerships
    • Connecting visual art with the larger community by curating fine art exhibitions at local venues, development of skills classes and increase art in public spaces including 
    • Initiate, promote and manage an annual “McMinnville Arts Festival”

    Join us for the McMinnville Arts Festival, a vibrant two day celebration of art, creativity, and community in the heart of historic downtown McMinnville.

    The festival features regional artists, handcrafted goods, interactive art experiences, live demonstrations, youth art displays, and opportunities to meet and support local creators. Visitors can explore booths along Third Street while enjoying the lively atmosphere of downtown shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms.
