Purpose of the Directory
The Member Directory is a public resource designed to highlight members and member affiliated businesses, support connection, and increase visibility for artists, creatives, and arts related organizations within our community.

Public Listings and Member Access
Directory listings are publicly viewable. Each listing links to an individual member bio page, which reflects the most current information provided and approved. Members may access their bio page at any time via a direct web link to review or update their information.

Eligibility
Listings are available to current members in good standing and approved member affiliated businesses. Business listings must align with the mission and community values of the organization.

Accuracy of Information
Members are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information submitted for their listing. The organization does not verify claims, credentials, or services.

Consent and Visibility
By choosing to be listed in the directory, members consent to the public display of the information they have selected to share, including name, location, artistic discipline, images, links, and contact details. Members may request updates or removal of their listing in accordance with membership status.

Permitted Use
Directory content may be used for personal, professional, and community engagement purposes, including learning about members and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

Prohibited Use
Directory information may not be used for unsolicited marketing, bulk outreach, data harvesting, resale, or any unlawful or abusive activity. Automated collection of directory data is not permitted.

Business Listings and No Endorsement
Businesses listed in the directory are member affiliated. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of services by the organization.

Review and Moderation
The organization reserves the right to review, edit, hide, or remove listings that do not align with these terms, community standards, or membership requirements.

Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of all content they submit. By submitting content, members grant the organization permission to display that content within the directory and related communications.

Limitation of Liability
The organization is not responsible for interactions, agreements, or outcomes resulting from the use of the directory.

Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the directory indicates acceptance of the current terms.
