Arts Alliance of Yamhill County Welcomes Art Works as a New Program Partner
McMinnville, Oregon February 2026 The Arts Alliance of Yamhill County (AAYC) is excited to announce the addition of Art Works as a new program under its organizational umbrella. This collaboration strengthens AAYC’s mission to connect, support, and celebrate the arts across Yamhill County.
Art Works will serve as a hub for arts events, workshops, exhibitions, and community collaborations, helping to increase access to creative opportunities throughout the region. The program will bring together artists, educators, businesses, and local governments to highlight the value of the arts in civic and economic life.
“Art Works embodies the spirit of what AAYC stands for. Art truly works to connect, inspire, and strengthen our community,” said AAYC Board President Holli Wagner. “By welcoming Art Works into the AAYC family, we are expanding our ability to showcase creativity in every corner of Yamhill County.”
In partnership with the McMinnville Downtown Association, Art Works will present the McMinnville Arts Festival, a new community celebration designed to highlight local artists. The festival will include art exhibitions, live demonstrations, family activities, and opportunities for residents and visitors to engage directly with the creative community.
Art Works will also collaborate with local venues such as wineries, galleries, and community spaces to host workshops and pop-up events throughout the year.
Phil Juttelstad, Art Works program lead, shared his enthusiasm for joining the AAYC community: "Art Works is excited to join the Arts Alliance of Yamhill County family of quality Art programs. Through AAYC, we will engage with community resources to increase opportunities for fine art appreciation and work together with AAYC to build partnerships amongst fine artists, local businesses and public institutions."
This new partnership continues AAYC’s commitment to supporting local artists and expanding public access to the arts through collaboration, advocacy, and creativity.
